1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing lottery tickets, or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

  • You must be physically located in Australia when using our services
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information

2. Account Registration and Management

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal information.

Account Requirements:

  • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited

3. Lottery Ticket Purchases

Our platform allows you to purchase official Powerball lottery tickets online.

Purchase Terms:

  • All ticket purchases are final - no refunds or cancellations after purchase
  • Ticket sales close 30 minutes before each draw
  • You may select your own numbers or use our Quick Pick feature
  • Maximum of 10 games per purchase, maximum 10 consecutive draws
  • All tickets are stored electronically in your account
  • You will receive confirmation of all purchases via email

Payment:

All payments must be made with your own funds from legitimate sources. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment processing fees may apply.

4. Prizes and Winnings

Prize distribution is governed by official Powerball rules and Australian gaming regulations.

Prize Claims:

  • Prizes up to $1,000 are automatically credited to your account
  • Larger prizes require identity verification and may involve manual processing
  • You have 12 months from the draw date to claim prizes
  • Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and donated to community causes
  • We will assist with prize claims but you are responsible for claiming
  • Tax obligations on winnings are your responsibility

Prize Disputes:

In case of disputes, the official draw results as determined by the lottery operator are final and binding.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with others
  • Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods
